Lead time for Pillow Covers is 3 weeks plus shipping.

Lead time for Guest Towels or Linens is 1-2 weeks plus shipping.

No returns on custom items.  Mistakes do happen and if you have an issue with your order, please contact us.

We use a variety of high-quality materials, including medium weight linens, pique, and brushed cotton.  Each pillow includes a commercial invisible zipper, finished interior seams, and will come lined.

Traditional Monogram- For an individual, the order of initials is the first name, last name, and middle name. The last name initial (center) is larger than those on either side. 

Three Letter Monogram- Place the initials in order (first, middle, last) all the same size for an individual monogram. 

Traditional Couple Monogram- Begin with her first name initial, followed by the married last name initial, and end with his first name initial. The last name initial (center) is larger than the first name initials. 

At this time, we do not take any outside items to include customers linens, shams, or guest towels.  We do however accept fabric to be used for applique or piping.  If you have questions, please contact us.

Please do not wash a pillow cover, I recommend spot cleaning or dry clean only.  Warm water and dawn dish soap work well for spot cleaning.  If washed the applique fabric could bleed on to the base fabric.
